Live well, Laugh often, Love always

Hahah just looking back at my pictures on my phone and deleting a few as I go cause apparently I maxed out on the storage on my IPhone that's why it's been glitchy these past few days. Anyways came across this photo and it still and always will make me laugh hard. Now I ask you what's wrong with this photo ?? Good morning!! ❤ Hope you all slept well and sweetly decided to share my morning sunrise smoothie with y'all. I usually make my smoothies up while I go sometimes I do follow a recipe but today it's pretty much throw what ever I have on hand and whaaa laaa there you go. The result actually taste pretty good too :) so I added a handful of mixed frozen fruits organic of course (peaches, pineapple, grapes) then I added some organic mangoes, half a banana for natural sweetness, a few bits and pieces of goji berries (a little goes a long way ;) fresh kiwi and lastly Un-sweetened Almond milk and organic probiotic Vanilla yogurt for protein Mmm blend that bad boy up and there u have it my morning sunrise smoothie. I then topped off the smoothie with a teaspoon each of chia seeds and hemp hearts ❤ definitely give this a try good for the body, soul and heart. Have a good day, eat clean and stay positive. So I don't know if you guys watch this show "The Bachelor" but clearly I'm already obsessed. Haha which is kind of ironic because before the season began I thought "The Bachelor" chosen Sean Lowe this season is a total douche but that was just because I was judging by his looks which was wrong. I honestly use to watch the show religiously but came to the realization that this show is basically about 'White people' falling in love, white people drama, white people crying. Seriously not that I'm racist or prejudice against white people or Caucasian people however you may like to be called, but after 16 seasons I kind of got sick of just seeing the same race find love. But this season 17 surprised me to say the least. I was shocked to see such a diverse group of ladies not just white ladies but black and Asian even middle eastern ladies come on the reality show to find love. So before bed was cruising on Instagram yes yes I'm curious, noisy if you wanna call it but saw this picture Michelle Phan posted. And it was so sweet and touching I just had to share, repost and like. They say there is nothing more beautiful than a women in love and I truly believe, Michelle is a women in love. She's so inspiring and honestly happy it brings a smile on my face because we need more happiness in this mysterious place we call earth.

So sorry I haven't blogged in a while 2013 has definitely kicked off quit busy for myself, I was suppose to be posting numerous idea I had planned on my  blog and to change the layout. New year, new layout but of course things don't always go as planned. As they say let the past stay in the past but sometimes it's nice to look back and reminisce the old days. I swear half way through I'm hysterically laughing at what the hell I'm writing about and rambling on and on about in my diary. Past crushes, gossip, school days, embarrassing moments are what the past is all about.. To new and more silly memories.

The times gone past, the memories from the previous year.  It's a New year , a new start, new beginning. The stain and pain from last year is being all wiped away. It's hard to believe that just t wo days ago was the end of 2012 , I feel like I haven ' t absorb ed it all in to look back how I lived 2012. To be honest as I look bac k and think about 2012, I feel like there were a lot of things I cou ld have done bet ter . A lot of things I took for granted and a lot of unfinished business and unsettled scores. Of cou r se  there are always gonna be regrets and "What if" or "if only I" but at the end of the year it is what it is and that is one thi ng I don't take back. But with every passing year I believe we mature and grow out of our silly mistakes and regrets from the previous year . So now that it's the beginn ing of a New Year I'm changing my game plan. I know that people like to make New Year's resolution s on personal goal
