Live well, Laugh often, Love always

Hahah just looking back at my pictures on my phone and deleting a few as I go cause apparently I maxed out on the storage on my IPhone that's why it's been glitchy these past few days. Anyways came across this photo and it still and always will make me laugh hard. Now I ask you what's wrong with this photo ?? Good morning!! ❤ Hope you all slept well and sweetly decided to share my morning sunrise smoothie with y'all. I usually make my smoothies up while I go sometimes I do follow a recipe but today it's pretty much throw what ever I have on hand and whaaa laaa there you go. The result actually taste pretty good too :) so I added a handful of mixed frozen fruits organic of course (peaches, pineapple, grapes) then I added some organic mangoes, half a banana for natural sweetness, a few bits and pieces of goji berries (a little goes a long way ;) fresh kiwi and lastly Un-sweetened Almond milk and organic probiotic Vanilla yogurt for protein Mmm blend that bad boy up and there u have it my morning sunrise smoothie. I then topped off the smoothie with a teaspoon each of chia seeds and hemp hearts ❤ definitely give this a try good for the body, soul and heart. Have a good day, eat clean and stay positive. So I don't know if you guys watch this show "The Bachelor" but clearly I'm already obsessed. Haha which is kind of ironic because before the season began I thought "The Bachelor" chosen Sean Lowe this season is a total douche but that was just because I was judging by his looks which was wrong. I honestly use to watch the show religiously but came to the realization that this show is basically about 'White people' falling in love, white people drama, white people crying. Seriously not that I'm racist or prejudice against white people or Caucasian people however you may like to be called, but after 16 seasons I kind of got sick of just seeing the same race find love. But this season 17 surprised me to say the least. I was shocked to see such a diverse group of ladies not just white ladies but black and Asian even middle eastern ladies come on the reality show to find love.
